BLAZING BACKSTROKERS 

Focus: Backstroke

Skills learned: Proper head and body position, proper kick, rotation of hips, arm recovery and catch, and breath timing. Continued work on freestyle endurance.

Ages: This course is for children of all ages who have achieved the Swim School Swimming Sea Dragons (Stage 5).

Class Size: Semi-Private (2 children:1 instructor ratio)

Class Length: 15 mins
