1. Please see the form below. Click on the date of the event you would like to sign up for.
2. If you are a new customer, click on First Time User – Non Member Sign Up.
3. Fill out the form with pertinent information.
4. On the second page, choose which Event/Workshop you would like to attend.
5. Enter appropriate payment information.
