Our Children’s Year Round Program provides lessons once a week, year round.
To fulfill our goal of providing you a seamless registration process, please review the details below.
For more information on Class Durations, Sizes, and Pricing, please see Children’s Session Schedules.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your child is younger than 3 years old, they will be placed in our Diaper Dolphin (Parent-Tot) Class. An adult, 18 years or over, will be expected to get in the water with each child.
There is a $25 registration fee per child, upon enrollment for their first class. This will include a skill assessment, a FLOW Aquatics drawstring backpack to keep track of all their swimming attire, a Swimming Passport and bracelets to track your child’s progress in lessons.
Please follow Steps 1 & 2 to successfully complete your registration process.
Step 1: To ensure the proper placement of your child, please submit the form below. We need this information to determine if we have a class available for your child. If you have more than one child, you will need to submit 1 form for each child.
When inquiring on class availability, we will only be able to give you “potential” classes as we have to assess your child first to accurately determine his or her skill level. We will not be able to guarantee classes until the registration process is complete and we have assessed your child in the water.
Regardless of class availability, all children will be put on the Wait List until they have been assessed and we can ensure proper placement in a class.
Step 2: Registration on Wait List.
Once we have received your registration form and charged your $25 registration fee, your child(ren) will be placed on the Wait List. We will call to set up an assessment for your child. Currently all assessments take place on Saturday after 12pm.
After your assessment, if we we have a class available at your child’s level we will call or e-mail you with your class time confirmation. If we do not have a class available, we will put your child on a waiting list and work on getting him or her into a class as soon as one becomes available. If you should choose not to go on the waiting list, you will receive a refund less the cost of the assessment ($10).
