All FLOW Aquatics SwimAmerica™ Children's Group Lessons take place at the Comfort Suites in Meridian.
All FLOW workshops take place at the Downtown Family YMCA in Boise, ID, unless otherwise listed on the Events page.
All other FLOW Aquatics services take place at FLOW Swim Studio in Meridian, ID.
Driving Directions to Comfort Suites for Children's Group Lessons:
From Eagle Rd. and I-84
Turn at light by St. Lukes. Turn the opposite direction from St. Lukes (To S. Allen St.)
Take Left on S. Allen St.
Take right on E. Freeway Dr.
Pass Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn
Comfort Suites is the last hotel on the right.
Enter through lobby and sign in at FLOW Aquatics table.
Driving Directions to FLOW Swim Studio:
From Boise on the I-84:
Pass Eagle Rd. Exit
Take next Meridian Exit (By Home Depot and WinCo)
Take a right off the Exit on to Main St.
Stay on Main for about 1½ miles.
The last stop light before our facility you will pass is the at intersection of Pine St.
The post office is on the right and Kenpo Karate is on the left.
Go two doors down to 1233 Main St., to the red brick building.
“Provencia” is posted on the picture window upstairs. A FLOW Aquatics sign stands in the front yard.
If you passed the Accent Funeral Home you’ve gone too far.
Please park in the back, enter our pool through the back door, and head down the stairs.
From Fairview:
Take a left at Main St. (Payless Shoes and Albertsons on right)
Go approximately ¼ mile.
Accent Funeral Home is on the right.
We are the next house down 1233 N. Main St. - the only red brick building on that side of the street.
FLOW Aquatics sign in the yard, and "Provencia" is posted on the upstairs picture window.
Park in the front or in the back, but enter through the back door and head down the stairs.
